Job Description
This position is responsible for all aspects of the business at the farm level, including the production of a high-quality product in a timely manner while maintaining a safe workplace and clean environment. Additionally, this position is responsible for the training of the Associate Operations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in live swine production;
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus
  • Special Skills: Ability to build working relationships with other Team Members that foster open communication, increased productivity, and safety.
  • Supervisory: Responsible for managing several groups of Team Members who perform like activities.
