Role OverviewThe Farm Specialist will provide lectures, workshops, and classes for Miraval guests relating to animal connection, agriculture, and wellness. They will also provide one-on-one guest consultations, maintain program materials, and develop new curriculum.
What You Will Do
The Farm Specialist will be responsible for facilitating classes, providing consultations, and managing program materials. They will also be expected to participate in meetings, collaborate with the department, and support resort initiatives.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in integrative health and wellness, excellent communication and public speaking skills, and the ability to relate empathically to individual guests.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in integrative health and wellness focused programs
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in independent practice and/or facilitating groups
- Polished and professional physical presentation
- Computer proficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable service skills with keen ability to foster and grow client relationships
