Role OverviewThe Farm Supervisor will oversee and ensure that operational facilities meet safety, quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance standards. This role involves strategic operational supervision for all operational production facilities with moderate presence in multiple regions or moderate level of complexity.
What You Will Do
Execute routine operations, supervise production results, collaborate with production supervisors, manage production budget, develop operational plans, and train direct reports.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Zootechnics, or Veterinary Medicine, and a minimum of 2 years of direct labor experience in bird management. Experience in supervision or personnel management is also preferred.
