Job Description
Manages the food and beverage department, including staffing, training, and quality control. Responsible for ensuring superior food quality, maintaining budgets, and enforcing safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements

  • Directs and manages the work assignments of assigned personnel
  • Performs administrative duties associated with recruiting and staffing for positions
  • Develops and implements personnel training initiatives
  • Initiates and develops promotions of specials and activities
  • Coordinates special events and functions with other departments and agencies
  • Maintains a budgeted food cost and labor cost
  • Ensures food is properly prepared, held and served
  • Maintains and enforces proper sanitation policies
  • Abides by State, Federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and potentially intoxicated guests
  • Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware
