Job Description
We are looking for a F&B Manager to join the hotel's opening team. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with other departments, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall dining room experience.

Requirements

  • Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • To ensure that all perishable items used behind the bar are labeled/dated and responsible for rotating and throwing away to maintain quality control
  • Works as part of a team
  • Portrays a positive friendly and professional attitude at all times
  • Provides prompt, professional, friendly, and personalized service to our guests
  • Responds to guests' questions and their needs
  • Properly executes closing procedures
  • Maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the dining room
  • Recruit, train, and supervise dining room staff
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Monitor and manage table rotations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff
  • Maintain inventory of dining room supplies
  • Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and service consistency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections of the dining area
  • Implement strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team
