Role Overview

The F&B Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and guest experience at Wild Dunes Resort’s signature grab-and-go and retail-style outlets: Hudson’s Market. This leader ensures consistent execution of brand standards, product quality, and exceptional service across all three locations.

What You Will Do

Lead all operational aspects of Hudson’s to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests and homeowners. Manage labor and inventory to meet or exceed departmental budget goals. Implement strategies to drive incremental revenue through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in food & beverage, retail food service, or hospitality outlets
  • Experience in high-volume environments such as resorts, hotels, or airports
  • South Carolina ServSafe Alcohol Certification and ServSafeFood Protection Manager Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
