Role OverviewThe F&B Outlets Manager oversees the daily operations and guest experience at Wild Dunes Resort's signature grab-and-go and retail-style outlets: Hudson's Market. This leader ensures consistent execution of brand standards, product quality, and exceptional service across all three locations.
What You Will Do
Lead all operational aspects of Hudson's to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests and homeowners. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked environment in each outlet at all times.

Requirements
- 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in food & beverage, retail food service, or hospitality outlets
- Experience in high-volume environments such as resorts, hotels, or airports
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple outlets and teams simultaneously
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- South Carolina ServSafe Alcohol Certification and ServSafeFood Protection Manager Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
