Job Description
Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Service Manager will manage all employees engaged in preparing and serving food and oversee restaurant & bar operations. The person in this position must have good communication skills, the ability to resolve conflict and a thorough understanding of Bunkhouse policies.

What You Will Do

Ensure all Employees adhere to dress code policies for their scheduled shift, compile and balance cash receipts, resolve customer complaints, train and supervise workers, and maintain a properly staffed restaurant.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED). College Degree preferred
  • Two (2) years related experience in hospitality or service industry
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the workplace
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of co-workers and sister property staff
  • Ability to create documents in Excel and Word
  • Ability to understand other computer programs (i.e. Property Management System and Point of Sale)
  • Ability to apply concepts of math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and algebra, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
