Job Description

Requirements

  • Conduct team pre-shifts and support team through service
  • Manage the guest experience, including monitoring guest interactions and responding to complaints
  • Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards
  • Previous restaurant experience required
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
