F&B Supervisor - La Zozzona

The F&B Supervisor at La Zozzona, an Italian restaurant at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, leads daily operations in a luxury dining environment. This role supports senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities, serving as the liaison between culinary and F&B operations. The position plays a significant role in overall outlet performance, including product quality and service standards.

What You Will Do

Oversee opening, service, and closing procedures while maintaining Forbes 5-Star service standards. Engage with guests to address concerns and personalize experiences, lead and motivate front-of-house team members, and conduct pre-shift meetings. Assist with scheduling, labor management, cost control, inventory management, ordering, and monitor cash handling and POS accuracy.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in an upscale setting preferred
• Strong leadership and guest service skills
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Food Handlers License preferred
