Role OverviewJoin Hyatt Regency Minneapolis as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, supporting the guest and colleague experience in Prairie Kitchen and Bar and MPLS Market. This role leads other colleagues, coaches, and trains, and includes basic management responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Conduct team pre-shifts, manage guest interactions, respond to complaints and special requests, ensure quality and accuracy of product and timeliness of service, and manage closing including daily administrative tasks.

- Previous restaurant experience required
