Role Overview

Convert scoping findings into executable feasibility-study or technical-assistance terms of reference, task structures, deliverables, labor/ODC budgets, schedules, acceptance criteria, and implementation controls. The role requires direct experience authoring and budgeting feasibility-study, technical-assistance, advisory, engineering, diligence, or implementation-support TORs/scopes. Evidence linking findings to WBS, LOE, schedule, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and cost is essential.

What You Will Do

Trace findings into necessary TOR tasks, develop or review WBS, labor-role/hour BOE, ODC/travel assumptions, budget narrative, implementation schedule, review cycles, and change-control boundaries. Integrate sector, finance, environmental/social, country, stakeholder, procurement, data, and quality requirements without duplication or gaps.

The ideal candidate will have strong spreadsheet, scheduling, technical-writing, and independent-review capability. They must be able to produce concise, defensible written analysis in English and work across technical, commercial, financial, safeguards, institutional, and implementation interfaces.

Requirements

  • Direct experience authoring and budgeting feasibility-study, technical-assistance, advisory, engineering, diligence, or implementation-support TORs/scopes
  • Evidence linking findings to WBS, LOE, schedule, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and cost
  • Strong spreadsheet, scheduling, technical-writing, and independent-review capability
  • Ability to produce concise, defensible written analysis in English
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
  • Ability to become available for potential Indo-Pacific travel within 20 calendar days after Axyde's written mobilization notice following contract award
