The role requires direct experience authoring and budgeting feasibility-study, technical-assistance, advisory, engineering, diligence, or implementation-support TORs/scopes. Evidence linking findings to WBS, LOE, schedule, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and cost is essential.
What You Will Do
Trace findings into necessary TOR tasks, develop or review WBS, labor-role/hour BOE, ODC/travel assumptions, budget narrative, implementation schedule, review cycles, and change-control boundaries. Integrate sector, finance, environmental/social, country, stakeholder, procurement, data, and quality requirements without duplication or gaps.
