Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) Family Enrichment Centers (FEC) program, including operational leadership, strategic vision, supervision, coaching, and data-driven program oversight. The Director will report to the Executive Director of the Family Enrichment Center Program Management team and will be responsible for collaborating with leadership, evaluating and adapting FEC performance, and driving outcomes. The selected candidate will also oversee the performance of a portfolio of 15 contracted Family Enrichment Centers and will be responsible for leading contract budget analysis and oversight, developing reports to inform team goals, and developing strategies for improvement.
