Requirements

  • Provide leadership and direction to develop and enhance team competencies
  • Assign tasks and evaluate the performance of team members
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to address and eliminate internal and external sources of scrap and rework
  • Oversee Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for new programs and parts
  • Drive timely resolution of non-conformance reports
  • Develop, document, and implement process controls to ensure product quality and compliance with requirements
  • Coordinate customer and third-party observed inspections
  • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of quality records to customers
  • Analyze quality system processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
