Federal Accounts Manager (West Region)

The Federal Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing sales strategies within the Federal Government Markets on behalf of Bausch Health. The primary objective is to make presentations to achieve product awareness, educate the market, and generate prescriptions within the assigned geography.

What You Will Do

The FAM will be responsible for positively influencing prescribing habits and building relationships with VA & DoD Medical Directors/Physicians, Pharmacy Leadership, and their staff. They will also provide direction and information related to pull-through opportunities with field sales leadership for Tricare.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• 5+ years of successful US Federal Account management experience
• Established relationships with key federal leaders at VA and/or DOD in Western half of US preferred
• Prior military experience is beneficial
• Successful field sales, hospital sales, managed-care, marketing, or sales management experience is beneficial
• Demonstrated skills in business planning and strategy development with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence others
• Ability to translate and compile data into comprehensive and functional reports leading to actionable outcomes
• Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills
