Role OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, administration, and successful delivery of federal construction projects. This position serves as the primary management representative for the project and is responsible for ensuring compliance with contract requirements while achieving project objectives related to safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Manage all aspects of contract compliance, lead project kick off, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities, and maintain effective communication with Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer Representatives, government stakeholders, and project team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience managing federal construction projects
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, federal procurement, and government construction practices
- Experience with USACE, VA, NAVFAC, GSA, or other federal agencies preferred
- Proficiency in project scheduling software, project management systems, and cost control processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
