Job Description
Federal Litigation Attorney role at a busy, fast-growing California-based law firm, focusing on federal court litigation and requiring active admission to at least one of the four California federal district courts.
Requirements
Active admission to at least one California federal district court required
3–5 years of litigation experience; federal court experience strongly preferred
CA State Bar, in good standing required
Lemon Law or consumer protection experience is a plus
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail and self-accountability
Works efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, changing environment
Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CM/ECF (PACER), document management, and time-keeping software
Familiarity with local rules of at least one California federal district court
Benefits
Salary: Starting at approximately $120,000, commensurate with experience
