Role OverviewAs a Federal Litigation Expert - PACER Specialist, you will review and QA AI-agent rollouts by verifying agent answers against actual dockets, ensuring accuracy in case details and outcomes. You will also identify failure modes by analyzing agent performance and flagging tasks that are too simple or solvable without PACER.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing and updating grading guidance to ensure accuracy, focusing on correct answers and identifying errors such as misread procedural posture. You will also catch plausible-but-wrong answers that might be overlooked by non-expert reviewers.

This role requires sound judgment on correct, complete answers with confidence to mark plausible answers wrong. You will need to have the ability to read a federal docket on sight, decode a case number, trace procedural posture, and recognize case types. Requirements
- Frequent hands-on PACER / CM/ECF use for federal docket research in your current or recent role, weekly or more.
- 2+ years in federal litigation support: litigation paralegal, docket/court clerk, legal-research librarian, or litigator.
- Ability to read a federal docket on sight, decode a case number, trace procedural posture, and recognize case types.
- Proficiency with PACER search mechanics and name-variant traps.
