Job Description
As a Federal Proposal Manager at HDR, you will support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials, monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status, and support the implementation of client plans. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with a preference for experience working with US Government Federal Programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and the ability to articulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with or on US Government Federal Programs, preferably DoD
  • Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services
  • Demonstrated understanding of regional marketing and public relations
  • Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain a DoD Common Access Card
