Role OverviewIn this role, you will support pursuit teams in creating and implementing effective win strategies, facilitate teams to develop persuasive proposal and interview materials, and lead quality reviews of proposal and interview materials. You will also engage in debriefs to identify improvement opportunities and measure overall competitiveness. The position requires a deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services and the ability to articulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantages. You will work closely with marketing services resources and engage in quality reviews of proposal and interview materials.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage proposal schedules, confirm compliance, engage the appropriate marketing services resources in pursuit teams, lead quality reviews of proposal and interview materials, facilitate debriefs to identify improvement opportunities and to measure overall competitiveness, deconstruct and file proposal and presentation material upon submittal, train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices, and articulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantages.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or higher degree in a related field, 10+ years of relevant Industry A/E/C experience, demonstrated experience working with or on US Government Federal Programs, preferably DoD, and deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services. The candidate should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to pass a background check to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
