Role OverviewThe Federal Sales Executive - A/E/C Services serves in a primary hunter role, driving growth by expanding existing federal relationships and contracts while developing new client relationships with federal agencies and industry partners.
What You Will Do
Lead client relationship management, market analysis, sales strategy development, and competitive positioning within the federal community, including industry partners. Develop and execute strategic account plans that achieve annual targets and drive year-over-year growth of the federal program.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or other related discipline
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Professional experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experienced with negotiations
- CRM (Salesforce) experience is required
- Experience leading federal proposals (SF330, RFP/RFQ)
- Professional experience with consultative selling approaches
- US citizenship is required
