Job Description
HDR seeks an experienced Federal Marketing Coordinator to organize, coordinate, and facilitate all phases of the proposal process in response to federal solicitations. This includes developing and creating proposals and interview materials in collaboration with program managers, client managers, and other dynamic team members resulting in the capture of new contracts.

Requirements

  • Lead the capture planning and federal proposal development process
  • Coordinate and support qualifying pursuits and participate in Go/No-Go decision-making
  • Lead capture teams composed of technical, operations, and marketing staff
  • Maintain pursuit documentation
  • Support marketing leadership in the development of annual strategic planning
  • Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for conferences, client events, and trainings
