Feed Batching Skilled FM02 3rd Shift/Full Time (Center Feed Mill), Tx

Requirements

• Must have the ability to accurately record data
• Must have the ability to accurately calculate the amount of feed you can produce
• Must have the ability to accurately read a tape measure for end of shift inventory
• Must have the ability to open heavy doors and clean out mills
• Ability to push/pull pallet jack with bulk/1 ton bags of ingredients and hang them
• Must have the ability to perform minor maintenance duties using hand tools
• Must be Able to work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments. Heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather.
• Must have the ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours as required based on demand scheduling
• Must have the ability to work in elevated areas and follow all safety procedures
• Must be Able to abide by the Company Biosecurity Guidelines including an agreement to avoid any avian species
• Maintain good housekeeping including service areas
• Communicate with dispatch to make sure the feed they need is being produced
• Follow and Operate within all Tyson Health and Safety protocols
• Able to Lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Stand, Sit, Walk, Climb Ladder/Stairs with the ability to sustain physical activity throughout the day.
• Complete all other tasks assigned by management.
