Role OverviewJoin our Animal Nutrition team in Luverne, MN as a Feed Mill Operator to be a key component in the formulation of the highest quality ingredients and all the essentials to improve animal health. This position offers daytime hours Monday-Friday 7am-5pm with overtime available competitive pay & unbeatable benefits.
What You Will Do
Operate feed mill equipment, conduct continuous inspections, monitor equipment, record operating parameters, and make necessary machinery and equipment adjustments to ensure specifications and production targets are met.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, and/or agriculture environments
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Agriculture experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
