Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' progressive feed manufacturing experience
- Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, track mobiles, and/or drive forklift
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate people
- Practical computer skills with solid knowledge of MS Office programs
- Ability to manage purchases and inventory
- Knowledge of food and feed industry regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of supporting maintenance functions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Demonstrated sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character
