Role OverviewLead a high-performing team in a fast-paced production environment, overseeing critical operations such as Feed Mill maintenance, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work.
What You Will Do
Monitor feed sampling, preventive maintenance activities, and complete paperwork and reports associated with the mill. Match feed delivery tickets, etc.

Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in poultry industry required
- 2 to 5 years of Commercial Feed experience required
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferred
- Mechanically inclined preferred
- Working knowledge of bag feed operations preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred (Word, Excel, etc)
- SAP experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
- Able to work evenings and weekends as required
