Role OverviewThe FEL Driver operates a heavy-duty truck with a front end load lift attachment, providing pick-up services for containers filled with waste or recyclable material. The driver transports material to disposal, MRF, transfer, or recycle facilities, maneuvering the truck into restricted spaces and performing complete DOT required pre and post trip inspections.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include driving a heavy diesel truck, navigating high traffic and congested roadways, and performing backing maneuvers. The driver will also interact with customers, dispatchers, and supervisors, and complete required route/productivity sheets and other forms.
