Role Overview

Lead the operational and financial success of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Provide leadership, direction, and support to field crews while fostering a positive, productive team environment. Partner with the Branch Manager and leadership team to achieve company goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do

Manage project staffing, materials, equipment, inventory, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations. Oversee project financials, including invoices, billing, job costing, and percent-complete accounting. Monitor project performance, conduct site visits, and implement solutions to improve productivity and profitability.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field from an accredited college or five (5) years of directly related experience
  • Strong technical, organization, and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems & computer networks
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and have good public relations skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
