Role OverviewPerimeter Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Fence Installation Superintendent to oversee commercial fence installation projects and lead field operations.
What You Will Do
Plan, schedule, and coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors across multiple job sites. Monitor crew productivity, quality, manpower, schedules, and overall project progress.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to read drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Knowledge of labor management, scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial fence installation experience
- 2–3+ years as a Superintendent, Foreman, Crew Leader, or similar supervisor
- Experience managing multiple crews and commercial fence projects
- Valid driver’s license required
- Class A CDL preferred
