Job Description
The Fertility Center Navigator is a non-clinical role that bridges the clinical and financial aspects of fertility care, ensuring patients are prepared medically and financially for their journey. This role guides patients through registration, medical records transfer, and completion of required forms/consents, and educates patients on what to expect during their first visit with the physician and clinical team.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or other related field (Preferred)
  • 2+ years experience in fertility, women's health, or specialty medical practices (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial counseling (Required)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with patients in sensitive and emotional conversations (Required)
  • Proven ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary care team (Required)
  • Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience preferred) (Preferred)
