Role OverviewThe Fertility Patient Navigator is a key member of the care team who partners with physicians, nurses, and financial staff to provide a seamless, supportive patient experience.
What You Will Do
The Navigator guides individuals and couples from their first point of contact through their initial consultation all the way through to graduation, providing education, answering questions, and encouraging scheduling.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or other related field
- 2+ years Experience in fertility, women's health, or specialty medical practices
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial counseling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with patients in sensitive and emotional conversations
- Proven ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary care team
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)
