Role OverviewThe Festival Associate Manager, Partnerships is charged with managing an assigned group of Sundance Film Festival partners, including corporate sponsors, nonprofit groups, and in-kind partners. Working under the Associate Director, Partnerships and Activations, this role also manages assigned projects within Sundance Institute’s internal operations group. This temporary position works full time (40 hours per week) from Wednesday, September 2, 2026 to Friday, February 26, 2027.
What You Will Do
Managing accounts and administering benefits for assigned partnerships, including scheduling, leading, and notating weekly partner calls, ensuring all contractual benefits and recognition are fulfilled, executing customized activation opportunities, and serving as the main Festival liaison for assigned partners.

Requirements
- 3 years experience in account management, relationship management, brand partnerships, event management, or related
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with a variety of people
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to mitigate conflict and facilitate positive customer relations
- Proficiency in Google Applications and/or project management software, such as Airtable
- Adaptability to take on new tasks in an evolving event landscape
- Valid driver’s license and successful completion of MVR background check preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
