Role OverviewThis position is responsible for preparing, finishing, and inspecting components prior to panel production. The role ensures parts are properly resin-coated, sanded, and ready for use, while maintaining material inventory and supporting overall production flow.
What You Will Do
Resin and sand rails, bulkheads, and pads prior to storage or production use, inspect parts and pads to ensure proper surface preparation and quality standards, maintain resin inventory to support uninterrupted daily production, perform Bondo and sanding work on parts and pads as needed, and assist with resin dotting on pads for quality control purposes.

Requirements
