Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fiber Splicer with strong Data Center and Outside Plant (OSP) experience to support high-performance fiber optic network installations.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on fiber optic splicing experience in Data Center and active plant environments
Proven experience with ribbon fiber splicing and mass fusion techniques
Proficiency operating and interpreting results from OTDR, Power Meters, and Fiber Scopes
Ability to read blueprints, fiber maps, and splice documentation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
