Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Fiber Technician to join our team for full-time project and service assignments.
What You Will Do
Lead structured cabling installations, install, terminate, and test Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling systems, and perform troubleshooting, testing, and certification.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of structured cabling experience in commercial or industrial settings
- Ability to lead and mentor junior technicians and manage small on-site crews
- Skilled in pulling, dressing, terminating, and testing low-voltage cables
- Experience with copper (Cat5e/Cat6), fiber optic (single/multimode), and coaxial systems
- Proficient with cable testers, labeling tools, and standard hand tools
- Familiar with firestopping, core drilling, and conduit installation (EMT, flex)
- Comfortable working from heights, on ladders/lifts, and in confined spaces
- Possess basic PPE and hand tools; OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and contractors
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
