Role OverviewAs a Field Admissions Representative, you'll interact with a diverse range of individuals, helping them achieve their educational and career goals. You'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and work independently, with opportunities to travel and explore different neighborhoods, cities, and regions within your designated territory.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include building relationships with dealerships, high schools, and local communities, conducting in-home interviews, and presenting to educators to encourage students to attend Universal Technical Institute. You'll also maintain CRM databases and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly department enrollment goals.

Requirements
- High School degree or GED required
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Experience with public speaking preferred
- Industry knowledge preferred
- 3 – 5 years outside sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and sales skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to analyze and report data
- Ability to build effective relationships and work independently
