Role OverviewAs a Field Admissions Representative, you'll interact with a diverse range of individuals, helping them achieve their educational and career goals. You'll work independently, managing your schedule and exploring different neighborhoods, cities, and regions within your designated territory.
What You Will Do
You'll be responsible for working closely with local high schools to recruit students and build awareness of Universal Technical Institute and its programs. You'll also conduct in-home interviews, maintain a CRM database, and present to educators to encourage their students to attend Universal Technical Institute.

Requirements
- High School degree or GED required
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Experience with public speaking preferred
- Industry knowledge preferred
- 3 – 5 years outside sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and sales skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to analyze and report data
