Role Overview

As a Field Admissions Representative, you'll have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of individuals, working independently to manage your schedule and explore different neighborhoods, cities, and regions within your designated territory. You'll be responsible for finding passionate and motivated students who have a desire to learn and develop their skills at Universal Technical Institute.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include building relationships with dealerships, high schools, and local communities, conducting in-home interviews, and presenting to educators to encourage students to attend Universal Technical Institute. You'll also be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly department enrollment goals through effective outreach and recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • High School degree or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Experience with public speaking preferred
  • Industry knowledge preferred
  • 3 – 5 years outside sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and sales skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to analyze and report data
