Role OverviewTetraMem is a leader in advanced memory technologies, and this role is for a Field Application Engineer who will provide technical support to customers evaluating and deploying TetraMem's AI hardware, SDKs, and software solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, SDK, and system integration issues, assisting customers with software installation, SDK integration, AI model deployment, and system performance optimization, and performing system validation, benchmarking, and performance analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in Field Applications Engineering, Applications Engineering, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, AI/ML, or a related technical role
- Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or a similar programming language
- Experience troubleshooting software, embedded systems, or semiconductor products
- Familiarity with Linux environments, software development tools, and debugging techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
