Motivate is looking for seasonal Field Bike Mechanics to assist with bike inspection, maintenance, and repairs throughout the bikeshare network of docking stations during our busy riding season.

Requirements

  • Complete bike maintenance, inspections, and repairs in a professional and timely manner
  • Keep detailed, accurate records of repairs using a smartphone
  • Stock, organize, and use various repair tools, supplies, and other equipment
  • Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and repair methods
  • Follow all safety regulations and protocols
