Job Description
Motivate is looking for a Field Bike Mechanic to assist with bike repairs throughout the bikeshare network of docking stations. The role involves completing bike maintenance, inspections, and repairs in a professional and timely manner, as well as keeping detailed records of repairs.

Requirements

  • Mechanically inclined and knowledgeable in completing repairs
  • Prior experience working with professional bicycles or similar mechanical repairs preferred
  • Strong commitment to safe work practices
  • Dependable and willing to work scheduled shifts, including off hours and/or weekends as needed
  • Ability to lift to 75 pounds, stoop, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • Driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check (preferred but not required)
