Requirements

  • Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing
  • Active, unrestricted State Registered Nursing license (RN)
  • 1-3 years of experience working with persons with disabilities/chronic conditions and Long Term Services & Supports
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
