Job Description
Write, review, and adjust property loss estimates, meet with customers and vendors, and resolve claims according to the Accelerated Disputed Resolutions program. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of policy language and interpretation, claims settlement principles, and medical technology, law, repair techniques, construction, and property estimating.

Requirements

  • Possess a strong working knowledge of policy language and interpretation
  • Knowledge of claims settlement principles and practices
  • Knowledge of medical technology, law, repair techniques, construction, and property estimating
  • Understanding and commitment to high level of customer service
  • Possess clear and concise communication skills both written and oral
  • Be able to analyze situations, solve problems and make decisions
  • Possess a high level of self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Focus on details and accuracy
  • Be proficient with computers and current technology
  • Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating program
  • Commit to complete IIA, AIC or CPCU programs
