The candidate will be responsible for thorough claim investigations, interviewing insureds and claimants, and evaluating claim facts and policy coverage. The representative will also provide superior and professional customer service.
What You Will Do
The Field Claims Representative will complete thorough claim investigations, interview insureds and claimants, and consult police and hospital records. They will also evaluate claim facts and policy coverage, inspect property and auto damages, and write repair estimates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- AINS, AIC, or CPCU designations preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Preparedness to follow-up with others in a timely manner
