Role OverviewThe Field Claims department is seeking field claims representatives to service the territory surrounding Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The candidate is required to reside within the Central PA territory. The representative will investigate and evaluate multi-line insurance claims through personal contact to ensure accurate settlements.
What You Will Do
The representative will complete thorough claim investigations, interview insureds, claimants, and witnesses, consult police and hospital records, evaluate claim facts and policy coverage, inspect property and auto damages, and write repair estimates.
