Role OverviewWe are seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to oversee contractors performing construction on the Owner's electric transmission system. This role will ensure strict contract compliance, safe work practices, and adherence to design specifications.
What You Will Do
You’ll be involved in a wide variety of projects, from simple substation upgrades to the construction of new substations. You will oversee project schedules, coordinating all field activities, and providing regular updates on construction progress to multiple stakeholders.

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience (i.e. Transmission/Substation/Journey Lineman)
- Experience working in the Utility industry is a plus
- Experience working in the utility industry is highly preferred
- Compliance management experience is a plus
- Proficient at using a computer, iPad and Microsoft Office products
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must currently be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
