Field Construction Representative Civil-Tower

We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable Tower Field Construction Representative with advanced experience overseeing field-based construction activities in collaboration with Telecom third-party contractors. The ideal candidate will possess intermediate expertise in one or more related disciplines such as tower construction (including associated civil work) or telecom distribution line construction. They would also possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, making them an invaluable asset to our team and ensuring the smooth, compliant execution of key construction projects.

What You Will Do

This role encompasses a wide range of tasks, including civil site preparation, concrete foundations, underground conduit installations, and site grounding network testing. Additionally, the role may involve coordinating the installation of AC and DC electrical systems, tower and antenna systems, telecom pre-fabricated equipment shelters, equipment racks, and various related demolition activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or supervision, specifically within the telecom industry.
• Prior experience with tower erection, civil work, foundations, conduit installations, and electrical systems is highly desirable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction Safety Certification
