Role OverviewThis is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position spent almost entirely outdoors, with very little time behind a desk. You’ll be embedded with a high-performing teams working onsite at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment plant in Washington DC for our premier client DC Water.
What You Will Do
Perform hands-on construction work and learn basic trade skills, support the Superintendent with daily field operations, assist with layout, quantity takeoffs, and work planning, and track materials, tools, and equipment on site.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in field coordination, project management, or a related role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outside and perform manual labor
