Role Overview

The Field Culture Manager will assess jobsite culture and worker engagement to develop programs that cultivate work environments that eliminate hate and bias and enable workers to perform at their best. This role will promote inclusiveness and respect into every project site and office meeting, and leverage information about Worker Experiences, Vandalism and Graffiti Policy, and Bias Motivated Events (BME) Protocols to inform and educate Turner leadership and workers.

What You Will Do

The Field Culture Manager will elevate worker experiences and jobsite cultures across company engagements, promote the Inclusive and Respectful Workplace (IRW) Playbook, and collaborate with local community entities to support cultural demographics within project. This role will also participate in Project Planning, Project Launch, and Project Response actions, and partner with EH&S and HR teams to develop risk mitigation and preventative strategies.
