Field Deployment Engineer

We're looking for a mid-level Field Deployment Engineer to help serve as the technical bridge between operational users, customers, and product development teams. The individual will identify and cultivate new customer opportunities, support field deployments, build trusted relationships with operators and mission owners, understand operational challenges, and translate those challenges into product enhancements and future capability development.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will bridge the gap between our product offerings and customer requirements, demonstrate operational credibility and build trust to enable sales with new customers as well as support existing customers, conduct product demonstrations, installations, training, troubleshooting, and field tests for products, and gather customer feedback and help translate it into product improvements.

Requirements

• Field experience in technical role directly deploying and enabling TSCM or technical collection capabilities
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences, someone that can translate between mission owners and technical SMEs
• Background as prior TSCM, SIGINT, electronic warfare, and special operations communications professionals with operational RF collection experience, and technical mission expertise
• Ability to operate and support technical systems in customer environments
• Comfort with networking, system integration, and field support
• Willingness to travel 25–50%, mostly CONUS with potential OCONUS travel
• Active TS clearance
